What kind of items do you sell?
Tronda’s Closet features handpicked pre-loved and new items — including clothing, accessories, and occasional home goods. All items are carefully selected for quality, value, and usefulness.
Are your items used or new?
Most of our items are pre-loved (used), but you may also find brand new items with or without tags. Each listing clearly states the condition in the description, so please read carefully before purchasing.
Do your items come from a smoke-free or pet-free home?
While our business environment is smoke-free and pet-free, some items are sourced from secondhand or vintage closets that may have belonged to pet owners or smokers. If any lingering scent is present, it will be disclosed in the listing.
Do you accept returns?
All sales are final. Because items are secondhand and often one-of-a-kind, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you have questions about sizing or condition, please ask before purchasing.
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically shipped within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive tracking info by email as soon as your package is on the way.
Do you offer local pickup?
Not at this time. All orders are shipped directly from our inventory location.
Can I make an offer or request a discount?
Our prices are already lower than many resale platforms. While we don’t take offers, we do run occasional sales — join our email list to be the first to know!
How do you clean or prepare pre-loved clothing?
All items are inspected for quality. We steam most garments and spot-treat where needed, but we recommend laundering or dry cleaning before wear, especially for sensitive skin. Some items may arrive gently wrinkled from storage or shipping.
Do you provide measurements?
Yes! Most listings include measurements to help you choose the best fit. If you need a specific measurement that’s not listed, feel free to reach out before purchasing.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
I saw something I loved — but now it’s gone! Will it come back?
Most items in our store are one-of-a-kind or limited quantity. If something you love sells out, it’s unlikely we’ll get the exact same piece again — so if you love it, grab it!
Can I cancel or change my order after purchase?
Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast shipping, so we’re unable to cancel or modify orders once they’re placed. Please review your cart carefully before checkout.
What are your business hours?
Tronda’s Closet is an online store, so you can shop 24/7!
We typically respond to messages Monday–Friday between 9 AM and 5 PM ET.
Please allow 24–48 hours for replies, especially on weekends or holidays.
Where do your items come from?
We personally source our inventory through a mix of trusted wholesale suppliers, local thrift stores, consignment shops, and estate closets. Every item is handpicked for its quality, style, and value. We only choose pieces we believe still have life and usefulness left to give.
